About RiskSculptor

RiskSculptor™ is Loan Rescue as a Service (LRaaS) for licensed mortgage loan officers. It is a professional post-AUS file-rescue and analysis platform. RiskSculptor is not a lender, broker, underwriter, AUS, LOS, POS, CRM, pricing engine, approval engine, or credit decisioning system. We do not issue credit decisions, extend credit, or modify credit reports.

Information We Collect

• Name, email, and account credentials for access and support
• Optional business details such as company, phone, and NMLS ID
• Billing and subscription metadata processed by our payment provider (Stripe)
• Technical usage data such as device, browser, IP, and product analytics

How We Use Information

• Provide and secure your account and subscription
• Operate Loan Rescue as a Service workflows and support
• Improve product reliability and prevent abuse
• Meet applicable legal and compliance obligations

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers only as needed to run the platform (for example hosting, authentication, analytics, and payment processing), or when required by law.
